8. Travel and Medical Insurance
You never know how much you need insurance until you put in a position where you really need it. Talk to your health insurer before leaving so that you can know the extent of your policy – ask them whether they handle emergency evacuations, or you need to pay extra for it. You can get a travel insurance for your expensive items like laptops and a camera. Travel insurance should cover items worth $100 to $1000.
