5. Be careful with words
Being a leader, you create soft-spoken enemies either directly or indirectly, who might not lose a chance to harm you or your organization. While dealing with such people, you need to be careful with what you are talking or how you are talking. Your words will be used against you as a weapon. This applies to confidential matters as well, when a good leader ensures how much detail has to be shared with the other person. An outspoken leader sometimes opens up its weakness or vulnerable points to others, which becomes a chance for others exploit.
