10. Think, Decide and Act Fast
Want to be a good leader, then you need to be a good thinker, a good decision-maker and a good implementer. Check any of the successful leader’s profile and you will find that they implemented their idea immediately. Thomas Edison failed for 1000 times but he always implemented his ideas and finally got success. You might also fail sometimes or may be many times, but unless you act on your ideas – there is no chance of success or failure.
Conclusion
I tried to jot down few of the major qualities of a good leader and following them in a disciplined way will surely make you a good leader before people who will respect you as your role model. A good leader is never born with the qualities. A leader needs to practice a lot and stick to its own laws, ethics, and morals which make her/him a good leader.
