ICAI members and CA students can access the SSP using their Member Registration Number (MRN)/Student Registration Number (SRN). Existing students or members must first register on the ssp login with their SRN and MRN to log in. After successfully registering on the SSP, students and members can log in by following the procedures below:
1. The SSP Login page will appear after you click on the “Login” button.
2. On this page, you will be able to enter your MRN and SRN, followed by clicking on the “Login” button. Notice that a tick mark appears next to “I am a CA student/ICAI member” if you are already registered with the SSP. If not, this option will appear as “Do not log in.”
3. Your ICAA username and password are required if this is your first time logging into the SSP portal or forgetting your existing username or password.
4. After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the “My Profile” page. This page allows students and members to review their mailing addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, ICAA membership number and other relevant information.
5. Clicking on the “Academic Module” button on this page will take you to the Academic Calendar for the current year. This module allows new students and members to review the course content, assessment dates, university examination schedules, and holidays.
(Please note that students and members can also access the Academic Calendars using the “Academic Modules” menu option in the SSP Menu on top of their screen.)
6. Clicking on the “Exam Results” button will take you to your results page with links to e-mail support, inquiry center contacts, and other relevant services related to your exams/results.

New Student SSP Portal Login and Registration
New students who want to register for the CA course can do so via the SSP Portal by following the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Navigate to the ICAI website and select the ‘Self Service Portal’ option from the homepage.
Step 2: Select ‘First Time User (New Student)?’ Click the ‘Click Here’ button.
Step 3: The registration form will be shown. Students must provide their name, gender, date of birth, email, cellphone number, country name, and nationality before clicking the ‘Generate OTP’ option.
Step 4: To obtain OTP, enter the captcha and click the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 5: The students will receive the verification link and OTP in their email.
Step 6: Fill in the details and click the ‘Register Now’ button.
Step 7: All students will receive an email with login credentials once an account is verified.
Step 8: All students will receive an email regarding new updates and news regarding the CA course via the Country-wise SSP Portal option.
Existing Students Can Register for the SSP Portal
Students who are already enrolled with the ICAI and have an SRN number can register on the SSP Portal by following the processes outlined below:
Step 1: Navigate to the ICAI website and select the ‘Self Service Portal’ option from the homepage.
Step 2: Select the ‘Don’t Have an SSP Login Yet?’ option. (Previous Students/Members)
Step 3: Enter the following details and click on the ‘Sign In’ button:
Step 4: Select the ‘MySelfService Portal Setup’ option. (Current Students/Members)
Step 5: Enter your Email ID and click on the ‘Sign In’ button.
Students can register in the ssp portal process till step 4 and will be redirected to University Portal. A new login page will be generated at that instance, and you can enter your email address and password to log in with your existing email ID.
For Existing Members – SSP Portal login registration
Members who are already registered with the ICAI and have an MRN number can register on the SSP Portal by following the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Navigate to the ICAI website and select the ‘Self Service Portal’ option from the homepage.
Step 2: Select the ‘Don’t Have an SSP Login Yet? (Existing Students/Members).
Step 3: Introduce yourself and click on submit.
Step 4: Enter your client number and date of birth, enter the captcha and click submit. This will take you to the login screen.
Step 5: Log in with your existing credentials as registered with ICAI, enter Captcha and click submit. You will now be logged into the SSP portal to complete the registration process. Click on continue.
Step 6: Get a One Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number by navigating to ‘Profile’ in the top right corner of the page and clicking on the ‘Update Mobile Number’ option in ‘Personal Details. Enter OTP and press ‘Submit.’
Step 7: Enter the details of your Equifax credit report and click submit.
Step 8: Choose login type and enter Captcha. Click Submit. You will now be finalizing your SSP registration process.
Step 9: Review details, review membership fees, and start using Self Service Portal (SSP).

- Members may check the status of their accounts by visiting the “My Accounts” tab.
