What is UIUC Self-Service Portal?
Student Self-Service is a web-based self-service system for students. It allows you to check on your NetID, with the ability to review grades, access your academic history, register for classes, and pay tuition and fees. The Self-Service Portal is available at the following link:
The UIUC Self Service Portal gives you access to your grades, incomplete courses, add/drop courses, and course enrollment status. You have the option to view all of this course information in a nominal online form or use the online form found on my.uiuc.edu directly within the portal.

How do I access my grades?
To access your grade history via UIUC Self Service Portal login with your Net ID username and password. Logging in will allow you to view your grades from all classes, both current and past. For each course, you will have access to your current grade (if graded), course description, time for completion, and grade information. If you have an incomplete in a course your grade will appear as incomplete until you contact the instructor.

An online form also has a field for grading changes used to indicate if a grade has been changed by an instructor. If an instructor has not changed your grade, there is no need to submit this form since it does not change your official grades.
