Bankline Mobile works with any smartphone enabled with the latest Java ME technology and supports older Android versions 2.3 – 4.1 and iPhone versions 6.0 and above. We currently do not support Windows mobile devices or tablets (iPad, Surface etc.).
How to Login To Bankline – NatWest?
Natwest Mobile Banking allows you to check your balances and recent transactions, pay people and bills, transfer money between accounts, deposit cheques and find bank branches, ATMs or our branches. You can download the Bankline app on your phone by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

- Bursaries – complete your 12 years’ education in 2 years through our bursary sign on system. Your school day is estimated based on starting your studies at age 12 (15/16 years old). You must complete your 12 years’ education by age 16 (18/19 years old) to qualify for a bursary
- Alerts – receive alerts from your bank.
How to login Natwest Mobile Banking:
This process will guide you how to create an account for the first time in Natwest Mobile Banking. You can also sign in using the forgotten password option after you have created an account. This will also work on Android App and iPhone App of Bankline.
The steps:
Step 1: Go to the main menu of the app and tap “Log In”.
Step 2: Enter your mobile number and select it from the list. You will receive a SMS code (12 digit) with your mobile number after you have successfully entered your mobile number.
Step 3: Enter the code you received to continue.
Step 4: Tap “OK” and enter your password twice to sign in. This process is mandatory and you will receive an SMS with a verification code if you have not completed these steps successfully.
Step 5: Enter your Natwest.com password.
Step 6: You are now logged in successfully.
How to Add a New Mobile:
You can set up two-factor authentication to add a new mobile in the app by tapping “Add New”. Select the “2FA” option from the menu and follow the instructions. How to login with 2FA on natwest Mobile Banking:
Step 1: Go to “Account Settings” – this is located at the bottom of the screen. Tap on “Add Mobile” and select one of your existing mobile numbers from the list that appears. If you are having issues with this, press “Cancel Update” at any time before confirming your settings.
Step 2: Enter the 12 digit code you received when you created your account.
Step 3: Tap “Continue”.
Step 4: Enter your password twice. This is the same password that was used when you created your account. If you do not have this password, please call the Customer Service Helpdesk.
The process for adding a new mobile will vary depending on whether or not you have 2FA enabled. If 2FA is enabled and you are using Bankline Mobile as a replacement for your physical debit card, please note that it will take up to 5 working days after setting up two-factor authentication to be able to add a new mobile to your account.
When you add a new mobile, you will be prompted to receive a SMS code that will enable the app to access your account. You must enter this code on a phone that is associated with the same email address used for your existing account. If you are having issues receiving two-factor authentication SMS codes, please call the Customer Service Helpdesk.
How to Sign In:
You are now logged in successfully and can use the app whenever you want to pay someone or deposit money. To sign in, go back to the main screen and tap “Sign In”. This will then prompt you for your username and password respectively. Enter these details and tap “Sign In” for verification.
