Early Life and Education of Ashley Biden
Ashley Blazer Biden was born in Delaware on June 8, 1981. She’s Joe’s second daughter and Jill’s only biological child. Her half-sister Naomi “Amy” Biden was killed in a car crash in 1972 that also took the life of Joe’s first child, Neilia.
